Hena is Partner Audit, Assurance and Financial Institution Risk Advisory at Yousuf Adil Chartered Accountants in Karachi with more than 20 years of experience in assurance business where she is delivering services to various international, multinational and local clients. She is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). She has also served various prestigious professional and business schools as a visiting faculty.

She has served and is currently serving on various technical committees of ICAP and has been a part of various initiatives of the Institute. She was awarded the CA Women of the year Award 2021.
